我覺得酒店整體給人的感覺很棒，很漂亮，前台和門僮的服務態度比較熱情，其他的普通。酒店設施也很充足，例如抵達當天是下午，酒店讓我們提早入住，我就可以輕鬆地在泳池邊的躺椅睡午覺，還可以隨太陽轉移，到酒店不同的位置探索，天氣很好、氛圍也很好。酒店的位置很棒，走路約五分鐘就到很好吃的Natsu，可惜當天週三，Natsu旁邊的Bora Bora沒開，就欣賞不到火舞，不過食物頂。酒店的位置對於想要晚上一個人到海邊的旅客也很有優勢，我度過了一個安全而寧靜的海邊獨處。早餐的選擇很多，但是我覺得味道上中規中矩，沒有讓人食指大動。比較沒有那麼滿意的，衹有蓮蓬頭無法掛好會一直掉下來。

這是我住過的最差的酒店。糟糕的房屋維護不乾淨。月讀燈也壞了，桌子的腳那麼骯臟，客房走廊和電梯大廳鋪滿了地毯，而且很臭。你必須排隊吃早餐，因為座位不夠。食物和果汁經常是空的。餐廳經理不在乎。補充需要一些時間。房屋維護很糟糕，包括景觀不整潔，草坪上有很多幹樹葉。我們是來這裡度假，所以你想住在這種酒店嗎？

Excellent Family Experience at Parkroyal Penang Resort Our recent stay at Parkroyal Penang Resort was truly enjoyable and memorable. From the moment we arrived, every staff member — from the parking guards and bellmen to the café, restaurant, pool, and housekeeping teams — was genuinely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Special thanks to Ms. Elita and Ms. Hema for their warm hospitality during check-in and clear explanation about the resort facilities. Appreciation also to Ku Irham, who patiently showed us several room options and helped us choose the most suitable one for our family. The view from our room was lovely — I could watch my child playing in the pool below and still enjoy a nice beach view. Grateful to Mr. Alfizan, the bellman, for his kind help with our luggage, and to the Chinese housekeeping lady (Level 2 near the kids’ pool) for her thoughtful reminder to keep our balcony door closed when monkeys were around — such great attention to detail! We also truly appreciated the complimentary birthday cake for my wife. It was a wonderful gesture that made our stay extra special. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, room was clean and cool, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was relaxing and family-friendly. Highly recommended for families looking for a warm and welcoming beach resort in Penang. We’ll definitely come back again!

算是星級酒店，但整個設施設備屬於比較老舊的，比如吹風機很小很廉價，還必須手持一直按住開關，沒有冷風功能。馬桶蓋板都沒有緩沖，而且馬桶坐墊比馬桶小一圈，日用品衹給了一小管護髮素，這麼大的酒店，護髮素這麼小氣，我一個人短髮也就用了兩次，這倆人但凡多洗個澡都不夠用。沒用棉簽潔麵產品，倒是給了個香皂。瓶裝水倒是大方，一下子放了四瓶。冰箱保鮮櫃都有。衞生在不經常使用的地方有問題，比如馬桶旁邊扶手，地板上有很多之前住客的頭髮。酒店工作人員對男性格外包容，優先、不詢問。地理位置很好，酒店泳池設備齊全。餐廳也很多。接待很熱情，房間很大，床品是羽絨的。

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at PARKROYAL Penang! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The service was excellent, and the entire team—from the front desk to housekeeping was professional, warm, and attentive. I surprised my husband with a birthday treat during our stay, and the hotel team made it extra special by sending the birthday surprise after we returned from the pool, which was such a thoughtful touch. My husband also planned to surprise me for our anniversary, and although the swan decoration on the bed was set up after we arrived, I truly appreciated the effort it was romantic and made the moment unforgettable. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious great variety, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented. The dining experience at Cinnamon Restaurant was made even better by the warm hospitality from Nadia, Hidayah, and the entire team. Special thanks to Zeyati, our room service staff, for her kindness and attention to detail, and to the bellman who helped us with our bags so efficiently. A big shoutout to the two amazing crew members at the Kids Club (sorry forget their name but i have picture of them) they were so attentive and caring with the children. My kids absolutely loved them, and their warmth made a big difference in our stay. We truly appreciate their effort and energy! The room was clean and spacious, the facilities were top-notch, and the beach access was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hospitality shown by the crew and team was beyond expectations. Everything was excellent, and I truly appreciate the care and attention from everyone at PARKROYAL Penang. We’ll definitely come back again! 酒店比較偏遠，但係酒店附近都有好多餐廳，酒店附近有間Family Mark 入面有間BoraBora @Ferringhi餐廳有表演睇👍🏻酒店附近有啲餐廳食飯好貴（仲要唔好食），要格下價（做一下攻略）🤭 酒店房間乾淨整齊，空間夠大，好舒適，酒店有泳池，一出就有沙灘，還有Spa同埋Cafe，酒吧等…可以全日都留係酒店！酒店有包早餐，早餐款式都幾多，偏向印度式，娘惹菜反而較少，早餐時間6:30-10:30，9:00後時段會比較多人，整體來說酒店性價比高👍🏻

整體感覺不錯，服務特別熱情周到，有自己的私人沙灘，門口街上有餐館，不貴跟市區價格一樣，還有便利超市，很方便，還買了挖沙玩具，辦理入住的時候坐在大廳的咖啡廳，還主動送來了免費歡迎飲品和小吃😊 早餐也非常豐富，品質不錯

Everything is fine. The staff are friendly. However, check in took me 20mins although just one guest in front of me while checking in. Breakfast has lot of variety and offered fresh watermelon , celery or cucumber juice. The housekeeping is so nice which gave us lot of water bottles. Overall, worth to spend your time over here.

1、劃重點：“豪華海景雙床房”，是完完全全看不見一點點海的。 2、沙灘比較粗糙，海水比較渾濁，日落沒有沙巴的好，把周圍沿著海岸線的幾個酒店都看了一下，（硬石、孤松、沙洋）建議訂的時候著重看價格，如果不是帶小朋友就沒必要選這家了。 3、隔音不好，隔壁房間吹風機的聲音就像在耳邊，蘋果手機的鬧鐘聲都聽的清清楚楚。 4、早餐非常豐盛，中式、西式、印度餐都有，尤其是各種麵包和西點的品質都比較高，從6點半就開始供餐了。 5、園景非常漂亮，有兩個泳池，可以在池邊的躺椅上直接躺平思考人生。

打著華人優選旗號，卻處處透露著對中國大陸遊客的qi shi。備註了不要尾房，卻在大堂等待40分鐘後偏偏安排了234尾房。找前台argue最後安排了215，怎麼著？把你安排在倒數第二間的員工房旁邊。東南亞酒店行業對於中國大陸遊客的qishi亂象已經非常嚴重。包括這家park royal甚至其他某豪某際在內往往會在同一標準上把歐美人安排在視野最好房型最好的高層，其次亞洲的韓國日本，以及本地人；中國大陸遊客往往會故意安排在低樓層已經較偏位置的房間。不要跟我槓，槓就是你們******。
